利用优质白茧品种和天然深绿茧种质资源,采用杂交及回交方法选育出第一代天然绿茧品系,采用单杂交方法选育出第二代天然深绿茧品系,再创新利用第一代天然绿茧品系和第二代天然深绿茧品系,采用“天然绿茧品系×天然深绿茧品系”单杂交选育方法选育出第三代天然深绿茧品系。组配成的四元杂交天然绿2号在广西蚕业站实验室鉴定,结果显示,该品种具深绿茧率100%的特点,结茧率96.14%、虫蛹生命率94.93%、全茧量1.52 g,分别比对照高0.21个百分点、1.99个百分点、6.29个百分点;茧层量0.301 g,茧层率19.83%,分别比对照低0.66个百分点、1.39个百分点;万头产茧量14.99 kg,比对照高1.68个百分点;一茧丝长860 m,解舒率87.8%,比对照分别低1.83个百分点、0.1个百分点;净度分94.5分。天然绿2号的育成表示广西在天然绿茧选育研究工作进程中取得很大突破,也为广西实现天然深绿茧机械缫丝打下坚实基础。
Abstract:Using high-quality white cocoon varieties and natural dark green cocoon germplasm resources,the first generation of natural green cocoon series is selected by hybridization and back-crossing method,and the second generation of natural dark green cocoon series is selected by single hybridization method,and then innovatively used to use the first generation of natural green cocoon series and the second generation of natural dark green cocoon product line,and the third generation of natural dark green cocoon system is selected by single hybrid breeding method of "natural green cocoon line × natural dark green cocoon line". The quaternionic breeding natural green No. 2 was identified in the laboratory of Guangxi sericultral Extension Station. The results showed that the variety has the characteristics of 100% dark green cocoon rate,with a cocoon rate of 96.14%,chrysalis life rate of 94.93%,and 1.52g of total cocoon,0.21 percentage points,1.99 percentage points and 6.29 percentage points higher than the comparison,respectively;the cocoon layer is 0.301g,and the cocoon layer rate is 19.83%,0.66 percentage points and 1.39 percentage points lower than the comparison,respectively;the yield of cocoon of 10,000 heads is 14.99 kg,which is 1.68 percentage points higher than the comparison;a cocoon is 860 meters long,and the comfort rate is 87.8%,and the resolution rate is 1.83 percentage points and 0.1 percentage points lower than the comparison;the net degree is Natural Green No.2 realizes the mechanical silking of natural dark green cocoons in Guangxi,and has made a great breakthrough in the research process of natural green cocoon selection and breeding.The breeding of natural green No.2 shows that Guangxi has made great breakthroughs in the process of natural green cocoon breeding research,and also lays a solid foundation for the realization of natural deep green cocoon mechanical reeling in Guangxi.
