桑树组织培养研究进展及应用

摘要(Abstract):
长期以来,桑树作为重要的经济树种,是"桑-蚕-丝"产业的重要物质基础。桑树组织培养体系的建立为桑树的快速繁育及品种改良提供了一条高效途径。研究主要从芽培养,叶片、子叶、下胚轴培养,生殖器官培养,原生质体培养及悬浮细胞培养等方面综述了桑树组织培养的研究进展,主要讨论了外植体和培养基的选择,不同激素及其组合对愈伤组织诱导、芽的分化、不定根的形成的影响,以及组织培养技术在种质资源保存、多倍体育种、人工种子、转基因育种等方面的应用,并对今后桑树组织培养的发展做了简要的展望。
