蚕沙叶绿素及丝素蛋白在肿瘤可视纳米示踪剂上的应用研究

摘要(Abstract):
大力开发蚕桑产业高附加值新产品是以高科技手段促进广西蚕桑产业可持续发展的重要途径。试验以蚕沙叶绿素、蚕茧丝素蛋白、大豆卵磷脂为主要原料,以人体必需的微量元素铁、锰或铜离子制备蚕沙叶绿素微量元素配合物,与水解丝素蛋白制备肿瘤可视纳米示踪剂,研究了示踪剂纳米粒大小及分布,对荷瘤小鼠进行了裸眼示踪实验。经过SPSS统计分析,在正常光线下纳米示踪剂能准确靶向乳腺癌组织,使肿瘤部位染成蓝色。相对于病理切片法,纳米示踪法准确率达93.75%。用蚕沙提取的叶绿素替代血红素C,用大豆卵磷脂替代心磷脂,与丝素水解蛋白等制备的纳米材料成本约为用血红素、心磷脂等制备纳米材料的千分之一,制备过程简单,能大规模工业化生产。该纳米示踪剂具有肿瘤裸眼示踪功能,为肿瘤的精准治疗提供新了材料,为提高蚕桑产业链向高附件加值的医药产业方向发展提供了新途径。
